How fast do you deliver?
The first review arrives within 24–48 hours after payment is confirmed and your complete manuscript is securely received. Most first reviews are delivered within 24 hours.
What file formats can I upload?
.docx, .pdf, and .epub. Word documents (.docx) give us the most formatting flexibility and are preferred. If your file is in another format, contact us before ordering.
Is my manuscript kept confidential?
Yes. We do not sell, publish, or share your manuscript with any third party for their own purposes. Our editorial process uses AI-assisted tools that operate as data processors under our instructions — they cannot use your content for training or any independent purpose. See our

Can I resubmit after revisions?
Yes. Every paid order includes three sequential rounds of full editorial review and proofreading for revised versions submitted within 30 days of the first upload.
What's included in the review?
Every order includes an Editorial Feedback Report (hook, pacing, character, voice, structure) and Proofreading Notes (grammar, punctuation, repeated words, style inconsistencies). See

Do you offer refunds?
Yes — if we fail to deliver the first review within 72 hours after confirmed payment and secure receipt of the complete manuscript, you receive a full refund. If you're unsatisfied with the review, contact us within 7 days and we'll work to address your concerns. See
