How fast do you deliver?
Within 24–48 hours of receiving your manuscript. Most reviews are delivered within 24 hours. The clock starts when we receive your file, not when payment is made.
What file formats can I upload?
.docx, .pdf, .txt, and .rtf. Word documents (.docx) give us the most formatting flexibility and are preferred. If your file is in another format, contact us before ordering.
Is my manuscript kept confidential?
Yes. We do not sell, publish, or share your manuscript with any third party for their own purposes. Our editorial process uses AI-assisted tools that operate as data processors under our instructions — they cannot use your content for training or any independent purpose. See our

Can I resubmit after revisions?
Yes. Each revision round is a new order at standard pricing. Many authors go through 2–3 rounds with us before publishing. There's no limit to how many times you can submit.
What's included in the review?
Every order includes an Editorial Feedback Report (hook, pacing, character, voice, structure) and Proofreading Notes (grammar, punctuation, repeated words, style inconsistencies). See

Do you offer refunds?
Yes — if we fail to deliver within 72 hours of receiving your manuscript, you receive a full refund. If you're unsatisfied with the review, contact us within 7 days and we'll work to address your concerns. See
